Our Story
It started with a stolen Saturday
Founder Dani Brooks loved everything about owning two big rescue pups, except the part where every weekend kicked off bent over the lawn with a bag and a sigh.
After one too many Saturdays lost to the backyard, Dani started scooping for a couple of neighbors who hated it just as much. Word spread fast. Turns out half the block was either skipping the chore entirely or paying for a "service" that ghosted them after two visits. People wanted the same thing: someone dependable who actually showed up, treated their pets gently, and didn't make them sign a year-long contract to get it.
So in 2019, TidyTails was born out of a garage, a beat-up truck, and a promise to be the reliable crew this town was missing. We built the whole business around the things those early neighbors begged for: a steady schedule, real communication, careful gate-checks, and a happiness guarantee that means what it says.
Seven years and 12,000+ yards later, we're still owner-operated, still local, and still treating every backyard like it's our own, because to the family inside, it is.
